LOANING IS NOT BAD

Unsecured Loans and Small Business Loans, what are those? That the question I got to my mind once I am talking to a friend. She explained to me that those are the Loans that you can choose if you will visit Personal Loans. According to her once you have work you will have a chance and opportunity to have any loans you wish for. She also explained that once you have the loan you can pay it installment. At first I am not interested one what she is talking about, but soon I got interested because I see a chance to get my father’s Personal Loan if he will agree. Until where are discussed went. I thought I have many things I learned today.

After we eat dinner, I talked to my father, and I asked him if he is interested in loaning. At first he asked me what he shall get if he will loan. And I explained to him what my friend explains to me. And he told me that he will think about it, and I will know it by tomorrow, I hope we will agree on my suggestion, I told him to buy a new television when we get his loan.

Renovation

Our company had a renovation of the building for the new design of our company building. The building is too old enough even a small magnitude of earthquake will easily demolish it. We transfer for a while in the small office while doing the renovation for months. I asked my boss if only the place will renovate and what about the equipments, because every time telephone of the office were loosing the dial tone not because of the telephone company it’s all because of too much old. The computers have also a low performance that causes the work becomes slower.

My boss told me that when the renovation has already finish all the equipment are also new that having a high performance because they used Cisco equipment. Most of the companies and business establishments rely on Cisco equipment too. We are all excited about our new building with new equipment using Cisco equipments.

Modernization of the Family

Developing societies of the world today are experiencing a comprehensive proves of modernization and change. Among the usual concomitant features of modernization are interrelated to process of urbanization and industrialization. Some other aspects for modernization are scientific and technological advancement, and development of transformation, communication, and mass media. Urbanization is manifested by the steady flow of people from the rural areas to the city. This urban concentration is spurred by the economic opportunities associated with the development of trade, commerce, and manufacturing. The city becomes the center of trade and industry. It also becomes a crucial social, cultural, educational, and recreational center. Thus, it attracts people from all walks of life.

On the other hand, industrialization, consequently affect the family. I consider this is more favorable attitudes towards working wives and mothers; the transfer of production function from the home to the factory of industry has opened new avenues for female employment. There are an increasing number of female workers and employees.
